New public informational meeting about our planned facility
On June 30, the City Council unanimously approved a non-binding terms sheet for the North Gateway Project. Now, we will work with the City to complete the ENA, present our proposal before the Planning Commission and finalize all necessary requirements to secure our development!

Our North Gateway project cleared the March 4 Design Review Committee meeting. Upon notification from the City of Oakland, we look forward to presenting our proposal before the Planning Commission.
